BADMINTON: Pillgwenlly has again benefited from the OSHL (Out of School Hours Learning Fund). There will be badminton sessions for boys and girls every Monday between the hours of 4pm and 6pm at Newport YMCA. The sessions are free, so come on all you youngsters in Pill, get along to the YMCA and meet new friends as well as keeping fit.

NEIGHBOURHOOD POLICING: Pill Neighbourhood Policing Team has now got a monthly drop-in surgery at Pill Millennium Centre. Come along and meet and speak to an officer. Discuss issues that are affecting your quality of life within your community.
This could be anything from graffiti and anti-social behaviour to drug dealing. This is your opportunity to make a difference to your area and help the police to help you. All matters discussed with you will be kept in the strictest confidence.
