FOUR men and two women are due to go on trial next week after being charged in connection with a Gwent Police investigation called Operation Finch into an alleged conspiracy to supply class A drugs in Newport.
The six defendants, all from Newport, appeared before Judge Daniel Williams at Newport Crown Court.
They were Blaine Nunes, 26, of Jenkins Street; Jerome Nunes, aged 28, of Livingstone Place, Maindee; Tia Donovan-Jones, aged 18, of Brookfield Close, Somerton; Angela Collingbourne, 51, of Jenkins Street; Jonathan James, 29, of Ringland, Newport; and Khaleem Hussain, 24, of Fleetwood Close, Somerton.
They all deny conspiracy to supply cocaine and conspiracy to supply heroin.
Their trial is due to start on Monday, January 21.
All defendants were remanded in custody.
