THREE Newportonians have started an exciting business together .
The Colleagues’ Choir, run by choral singing and team leading experts, provides group-singing workshops for businesses, team building and corporate days.
Those in charge are all members of Allegra Ladies Choir in Newport, who aim to promote wellbeing and unity in the workplace. Singing releases natural endorphins whilst reducing stress.
In terms of business, it can cut help break down barriers between colleagues and encourage cooperation and productivity in the workplace.
Programme Founder, Emma Rowland, said “Everyone should have the chance to experience singing with a choir.
“Singing is universal and everyone can benefit from the creativity and joy of music.”
The Colleague Choir are running a free taster session for their workshops at Newport Centre, April 11 from 10am to 1pm.
