POLICE are hunting a dog walker who allegedly kicked a Jack Russel to death in a park.
The horrific attack is said to have happened in Parc Bryn Bach in Tredegar on Monday, April 22.
The 12-year-old Jack Russell was kicked by another dog-walker, and later died from his injuries, say Gwent Police.
They are now looking for a well built white male, aged around 60, with grey hair and a beard.
The man was walking a bearded collie dog, and was accompanied by two women, added police.
Anyone with information should call Gwent Police on 101, quoting log 419 of 25/4/19, or direct message their Facebook or Twitter accounts.
