Long delays on motorway after crash blocked one lane

A CRASH involving two vans and a car is now causing severe congestion on the motorway.
The incident happened on the M4 westbound from J24 A449 (Coldra) to J25 B4596 (Caerleon).
One lane was blocked for more than 20 minutes.
