Gwent Police attended the incident, which happened at around 12.30pm.
it is understood that a vehicle left the road and collided with the roundabout.
No serious injuries have been reported.
THE A4467 is partially blocked and there is heavy traffic due to a crash on the Morrisons roundabout.
