THIS is the shocking state of a car involved a crash in Newport in the early hours of this morning.
Gwent Police attended the scene at 12.25am in Tesco, Spytty Park, Newport.
In a tweet, the force's Area Support |Unit East, said: "Passenger reported for permit use of vehicle with no insurance, and driver for no insurance and drive other than in accordance with a licence."
