UPDATE: 12.06pm: Gwent Police have released a statement about the incident.
It reads: "Officers are currently responding to a report of a one vehicle road traffic collision on the A465 in Ebbw Vale, towards Tredegar.
"Police are currently on the scene. Early updates suggest that there are no injuries.
"There is currently a one-lane road closure westbound of the A465 in place between Ebbw Vale and Tredegar.
"Officers are also advising motorists to take extra care driving during the treacherous weather conditions."

UPDATE 11.10am: IT is being reported on social media that a small landslide has been caused on the A465 Heads of the Valleys Road between the Rassau roundabout and the Garnlydan exit, due to a blocked culvert.
As a result, the outside lane of the road is blocked and the road is flooding.

ONE lane of the A465 near Ebbw vale has been closed by Gwent Police.
The closure has been put in place westbound between Ebbw Vale and Tredegar.
Officers remain on scene and Gwent Police have been contacted for further information.
