A CAERPHILLY library was closed early yesterday, Thursday, after a man was reported to have been acting aggressively.
Police were called to Blackwood library just before 3pm, which led to the closure.
Caerphilly County Borough Council announced the temporary closure through social media and that it would re-open today, Friday, following an inspection.

A spokeswoman for Gwent Police, who were called to the scene, said: "Members of staff reported a man in the public toilets acting in an aggressive manner.
"A 25-year-old man from Caerphilly was arrested on suspicion of a public order offence.
"He has since received a fixed penalty notice for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress."
A Caerphilly Council spokeswoman confirmed that the library opened as normal this morning.
