INQUESTS scheduled to take place at Gwent Coroners Court in the coming weeks are being adjourned until later in the year due to the coronavirus pandemic.
While a small number of short inquests may still take place, they will be few and far between and very short.
In a statement, the Coroner's Office said: "Families will not be attending, there will be no witnesses and to adhere to social distancing guidelines the main court will not be open."
