Cardiff Magistrates' Court
A MAN has appeared in court after being charged with child sex offences.
Colin Howard, 67, of Burrium Gate, Usk, was remanded in custody by Cardiff magistrates.
He faces allegations he attempted to sexually communicate with a girl under the age of 16 and two counts of attempting to cause a child under the age of 13 to engage in sexual activity.

The prosecution claims the incidents took place in January and February this year.
Howard is due to appear before Newport Crown Court on June 5.
