EMERGENCY services have closed a Caerphilly road while they deal with an incident.
Police are dealing with an incident on the A467 Crosskeys by the Full Moon Roundabout.
Four people have been hospitalised following the two-vehicle crash.
Drivers are being asked to avoid the area, and find alternative routes.

A spokesman for Gwent Police said: "We received a report of a road traffic collision involving three vehicles on the A467, Crosskeys near to the Full Moon roundabout at around 12.30pm today.
Emergency Services are currently dealing with an incident on A467 Crosskeys by the Full Moon Roundabout. The road is closed from The Full Moon Roundabout to the turning into Crosskeys (B4591). "The ambulance service and fire service are also in attendance.
"The road is closed in both directions from the Full Moon roundabout to Cwmcarn roundabout."
