Murder charge
A MAN has been charged with murder following the death of a woman in Pontypool on Saturday morning.
Linda Maggs, who was 74, was found unresponsive at an address in Sebastopol at around 9.20am on February 7.
She was declared dead by Welsh Ambulance Service staff.
A 70-year-old man from the Cwmbran area has been charged with her murder, and will appear before Newport Magistrates Court on Monday morning.
