Congestion on the M4 due to gritting
THERE is congestion on the M4 near Newport due to gritting.
Gritters are out between Junction 25 (Caerleon) and Junction 24 (Coldra).
There is a rolling road block in place to help the gritters to combat the icy conditions.
Traffic is building behind the roadblock, which is moving eastbound.
