POLICE have charged a fourth youth with robbery, kidnap and threat to kill after an incident in December.
The incident happened on December 1 at around 5.30pm at the rear of Ombersley Road, in the Handpost area of Newport.
Soon after the incident, police arrested three male youths aged 14, 16 and 16.
They appeared before Newport magistrates in December charged with robbery, kidnap and threat to kill.
Now police have arrested and charged a fourth male, aged 15, from the Cwmbran area. He will appear before magistrates tomorrow.
