A DRINK driver who was caught nearly four times over the legal alcohol limit has been jailed.
Artur Sebastian Stefanowicz, 47, was arrested in a Honda Civic car on the B4237 in Newport on September 1.
The city’s magistrates’ court heard how the defendant gave a reading of 133 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The legal limit is 35 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Stefanowicz, of Tegfan Court, Henllys, Cwmbran, pleaded guilty to drink driving and was jailed for eight weeks.
He also admitted driving without insurance.
The defendant, who followed proceedings in Polish with the help of interpreter, was banned from driving for 31 months and ordered to pay £213 in costs and a surcharge.
