GWENT Police are trying to locate a man who has been recalled to prison.
Connor O’Halloran, 21 from Pontypool, has breached his licence conditions.
He was sentenced on December 14 to two years and one month for grievous bodily harm and was released on licence on Friday, February 19.

Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the force on 101 or through their social media channels, quoting the reference 21*109048.
