A WOMAN attacked two police officers on the day she was celebrating her 21st birthday.
Kayleigh Andrews admitted assaulting PC Emma Meyrick and PC Rhianne Davies on Merthyr Street, Barry, last month.
Her guilty pleas put her in breach of a suspended prison sentence imposed in November 2020 for assaulting an emergency worker and criminal damage.

For her latest offences, Andrews was handed another suspended custodial sentence at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court.
She was jailed for 18 weeks, suspended for 12 months.
The defendant was made the subject of an electronically monitored curfew for four months and must complete a 25-day rehabilitation activity requirement.
Andrews, of North Luton Place, Adamsdown, Cardiff, has to pay £228 in compensation and a victim surcharge.
