CHELSEA LEIGH LYDDON, 24, of Clevedon Road, Newport, was ordered to pay £344 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for driving when she was using a hand-held mobile telephone on Chepstow Road on March 8.

CAMERON THOMAS HOLGATE, 25, of Lansdowne Gardens, Llantarnam, Cwmbran, was ordered to pay £1,300 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for driving without insurance on Malpas Road, Newport, on March 10.

DEWI PRESTON-THOMAS, 22, of Blaendare Road, Pontypool, was ordered to pay £816 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for driving without insurance on Cwmbran Drive, Cwmbran, on March 8.

CORY JAMES SLADE, 29, of Broadmead Park, Newport, was ordered to pay £244 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for driving without insurance on Lighthouse Road on March 5.

STACY SMITH, 31, of Jamaica Circle, Coedkernew, Newport, was ordered to pay £449 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for driving without insurance on Woodside, Duffryn, on March 10.

MARK FLEMING, 32, of Partridge Road, Llanhilleth, was ordered to pay £816 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for driving without insurance on High Street on March 10.
His driving record was endorsed with eight points.
KELLY HARVEY, 40, of Jones Street, Phillipstown, Caerphilly, was ordered to pay £816 in a fine, costs and a surcharge after she failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
Her driving record was endorsed with six points.
GAVIN MABBOTT, 40, of Caerleon Road, Newport, was ordered to pay £816 in a fine, costs and a surcharge after he failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
