Newport Magistrates’ Court
A MAN has been charged with two counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving following a crash in Gwent earlier this year.
Lloyd Moss, 21, appeared in Newport Magistrates’ Court in connection with the alleged offences which happened on the A467 in Abertillery on March 1.
He also faces an allegation of dangerous driving on the same date.

Moss is due to appear before Newport Crown Court on October 29.
The defendant was granted unconditional bail.
