The following cases are for the week from September 29 until October 2.
Daniel Jones
Jones was fined more than £200 at Newport Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, September 29.
The 29-year-old, of Kemys Court, Cardiff, was clocked travelling at 35mph on a 30mph section of Pant Road in Newbridge.
He was fined £220 for the offence, which occurred on March 13, 2021.
He was also ordered to cover costs of £90 and pay a victim surcharge of £34.
His driving record was endorsed with three points.
Neil Jones
Jones was fined more than £400 at Newport Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, September 29.
The 51-year-old, of The Crescent, Ebbw Vale, was clocked travelling at 51mph on a 30mph section of Pant Road in Newbridge.
He was fined £448 for the offence, which occurred on March 13, 2021.
He was also ordered to cover costs of £90 and pay a victim surcharge of £44.
His driving record was endorsed with six points.
Lee Edmunds
Edmunds was fined £29 at Newport Magistrates' Court on Thursday, September 30.
The 42-year-old, of Moriah Houses, Merthyr Tydfil, was clocked travelling at 36mph on a 30mph section of Pant Road in Newbridge.
He was fined £29 for the offence, which occurred on March 13, 2021.
He was also ordered to cover costs of £90 and pay a victim surcharge of £34.
His driving record was endorsed with three points.
Andrew Baldwin
Baldwin was fined more than £200 at Newport Magistrates' Court on Thursday, September 30.
The 33-year-old, of Tone Square, Newport, was clocked travelling at 39mph on a 30mph section of Newport Road in Llantarnam.
He was fined £220 for the offence, which occurred on March 13, 2021.
He was also ordered to cover costs of £90 and pay a victim surcharge of £34.
His driving record was endorsed with three points.
Baldwin was disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months, due to repeat offending.

Sebastian Czarnecki
Czarnecki was fined more than £100 at Newport Magistrates' Court on Thursday, September 30.
The 41-year-old, of Sycamore Avenue, Newport, was clocked travelling at 35mph on a 30mph section of Chepstow Road in Newport.
He was fined £150 for the offence, which occurred on November 20, 2020.
He was also ordered to cover costs of £90 and pay a victim surcharge of £34.
His driving record was endorsed with three points.
Jordon Dodd
Dodd was fined more than £150 at Newport Magistrates' Court on Friday, October 1.
The 25-year-old, of Wye Crescent, Newport, was clocked travelling at 50mph on a 30mph section of the A4042 in Newport.
He was fined £195 for the offence, which occurred on March 14, 2021.
He was also ordered to cover costs of £90 and pay a victim surcharge of £34.

Anthony Jones
