THE latest coronavirus figures from Public Health Wales have been released.
Gwent has recorded 358 new cases of Covid-19 while Wales in total has 2,007, including residents outside Wales.
Eight more deaths have been recorded in Wales, taking the total to 5,934. One of those was in Gwent
In total, 1,017 people have died from the virus in Gwent according to Public Health Wales figures.
Caerphilly has the most cases within Gwent with 128 new cases, while Blaenau Gwent has recorded just 16 - the second lowest in Wales.
