THE latest coronavirus figures from Public Health Wales have been released.
The Aneurin Bevan Health Board (ABHB) area has recorded 654 new cases of Covid-19 while Wales in total has 3,400.
Eight more deaths have been recorded in Wales, taking the total to 5,942. One of those was in the ABHB area.
In total, 1,018 people have died with Covid in the ABHB area according to Public Health Wales figures.
Caerphilly has the most cases within the ABHB area by some way, with 295 new cases, while Blaenau Gwent has recorded 57- the second lowest in Wales.
