A NEWPORT man has been ordered to pay more than £400 after being caught by the same speed camera twice in six days.
Liam Francis O'Keeffe, 53, of Caerphilly Road, was caught by the speed camera on Greenway Road, near the junction with Hendre Road, in Rumney on April 10 and again of April 16.
On both occasions, he was driving a Ford Ranger Wildtrak at 35mph in the 30mph zone.

He pleaded guilty to both offences, and at on Friday, October 1 at Cardiff Magistrates' Court, was fined £100 for each offence.
He was also ordered to pay £90 in costs for both separate offences, as well as a £34 surcharge covering both offences.
He also had three points added to his licence for each offence.
In total, he must pay £414 and had six points added to his licence.
