Bernice Marasco, of Newport, sent in this picture of Sky, who is three-years-old and was rehomed due to her previous owner's ill health.
Iris Lewis, of Tredegar, shared this picture of Franki-Moo a Bassett Hound. She and her sister Maggie-Moo joined the family as puppies three years ago.
Joyce Neale, of Abergavenny, sent in this picture of Lottie, a pug. She was rescued from a home where she had spent two years in a cage in front of the TV while her owners worked. She had never been on a lead and it took a long while to get her used to doggy life.
Avril Solomon, of Newport, sent in this picture of Mishka, a three-year-old Siberian. He is friendly and loves companionship and loads of fuss.
Rachael Taylor, of Blackwood, sent in this picture of Misty, who has been part of the family for 18 months. He is a Scottish fold shorthair.
Kimberley Barnett, of Caldicot, shared this picture of Bella. She was adopted her in October 2019. Kimberley said: "She's definitely the boss of this house and knows exactly how to get her own way. I have a number of health problems including MS and diabetes and she's really in tune with it. She's able to warn me when my blood sugar is low and knows when I'm having a bad day with my MS and stays close to me. I call her my little #mswarriorkitty and she has her own IG page with this hashtag. She's helped pull me back from a really dark place and I love her to bits. I'm sadly unable to work due to my conditions so Bella always has me and my dad at home. In the summer she loves having the gazebo up and lazing in there with dad. We're dreading the winter now as she won't be able to stay out for so long as no way is the back door being left open in the cold! She hates it if the back door is closed and is very cute trying to knock on the door when she find it closed."
Kaz Cox, of Blackwood, sent in this picture of Misty, who has been part of the family for six months. Misty is cross between British blue - American short hair and she came from a Welsh ambulance worker who could no longer care for her due to long hours.
Jackie Powell, of Newport, shared this picture of her cat Flearoy.
Margaret Davie, of Croesyceiliog, Cwmbran, shared this picture of Dudley, who is six months old and who joined the family in August. He came from Usk New Start Cat Rescue.
Hayley Dearden, of Newport, sent in this picture of Coco, a jackapoo, who is three years old.
