POLICE are investigating a report of an armed robbery which occurred yesterday in Caerleon.
The incident took place at approximately 5.55pm near the stands of Caerleon Football Club on Cold Bath Road.
Three males, 17, 18 and 21-years-old, were approached by two other men, one in possession of a knife and one a broken bottle.

Nobody was injured in the altercation, but the offenders made off with bags and cash.
A 15-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of robbery and is currently in police custody.
Enquiries are ongoing.
