PUBLIC Health Wales has released the latest Covid figures for local authorities and Caerphilly has the second most new cases for the second day in a row.
There was a delay in releasing the figures for each individual health board today.
Gwent has had 1,007 new cases of Covid-19 and Caerphilly has recorded 313 of those cases - only Cardiff has recorded more cases in the past day in all of Wales.

Gwent recorded just under a third of all new cases in Wales, with the total for the country being 3,200 including residents from outside Wales.
Every area in Gwent has more cases per 100,000 people than the national average for Wales (98.9).
Blaenau Gwent again has the most cases per 100,000 people in Wales, with 257.7.
Caerphilly is some way behind, with 172.9 cases per 100,000 people.
There have been two more deaths in Wales bring the total to 6,037.
All data correct as of 9am on October 18.
