Halloween is quickly approaching, and after a lockdown impacted spooky season last year, many of us are looking forward to celebrating the event in style.
There are many activities you can enjoy across Wales to mark Halloween 2021.
We have taken a look at some of the events being held at Wales’ castles to mark Halloween this year.
Cardiff Castle
A series of films are being shown at Cardiff Castle on Halloween.
These are the films you can see on October 31.
- The Nightmare Before Christmas (PG) - 10am
- Batman: Mask of the Phantasm (PG) - Midday
- Hocus Pocus (PG) - 4.15pm
- Beetljuice (12A) - 6.30pm
- An American Werewold in London (15) - 8.15pm
- Hocus Pocus (PG) - 10.30pm

Beaumaris Castle
A spooky Halloween trail will be held at Beaumaris Castle this Halloween.
Find the clues scattered around the castle grounds to claim the prize.
Standard admission prices apply.
It will take place on October 31 between 10am and 4pm.
Harlech Castle
Medieval surgery demonstrations, spooky storytelling and some spooktacular jeter shows will take place at Harlech Castle this weekend.
On October 30 the surgeon demonstrations and storytelling will take place, with the jester shows being held along with the demonstrations on October 31.
Standard admission prices apply.
The events will take place between 10am and 4pm.
Chepstow Castle
A Halloween trail, suitable for all the family will take place at Chepstow Castle this Halloween.
Normal admission applies, plus 50p to take part in the activity.
It will take place between 9.30am and 4.30pm.
And you can also give the Halloween trail a go in the week prior to Halloween 2021.
Pembroke Castle
Over October Half Term, Pembroke Castle will be offering free Halloween tours for children.
An expert guide will take you around the castle and spook with tales of witches, wizardry and ghostly sightings.
Visitors are encouraged to come in Halloween costumes.
The event is suitable for all ages and no booking is necessary.
The tours will take place between 11am and 1.30pm on October 25, 26 and 27.
Caldicot Castle
On October 27 a Halloween adventure is being held at Caldicot Castle.
Children need to collect the missing pumpkins before Halloween is over in the imaginative outdoor activity.

Raglan Castle
A spooky Halloween trail is taking place at Raglan Castle this year.
Between 10am and 3pm the trail, suitable for all ages, will take place on October 30 and October 31.

Laugharne Castle
A spooky Halloween trail will be held at Laugharne Castle this Halloween.
Find the clues scattered around the castle grounds to claim the prize.
It will take place on October 30 between 11am and 4pm.

Castell Coch
Castell Coch will host several productions of Mysterious Maud's Chambers of Fantastical Truth this Halloween.
Mysterious Maud has uncovered a fantastical truth — a truth so terrifying it has driven her mad.
Produced with the support of National Lottery funding from Arts Countil of Wales, the show will be held on October 27 until November 7.
Each show will take place at 7.30pm until 9pm and is suitable for ages 12 and over.

Rhuddlan Castle
On October 30 a Halloween themed quiz for children will take place at Rhuddlan Castle.
Between 11am and 3pm, children can take part in the quiz with Halloween treats on offer to those taking part.
