THE latest outstanding warrants in Gwent, correct as of 9am on October 21.
Craig Anthony Williams, 38, of York Place, Newport, is wanted for breaching a criminal behaviour order.
Williams is accused of entering Bridge Street in Newport on September 25 without a reasonable excuse.
Newport Magistrates' Court made the criminal behaviour order on March 3, 2020.
A warrant for his arrest without bail was issued as the offence is punishable by imprisonment for people aged 18 or older.

Anthony John Brown, 51, of Park Row, Tredegar, is accused of stealing two hair dryers to the value £25.98 from Home Bargains in Gwent Shopping Centre on September 25.
A warrant for his arrest without bail was issued after he failed to appear in court after being released on bail on October 11.
Aeron Justin Gingell, 18, of Wellington Terrace, Brithdir, allegedly carried a knife in a public place.
He is accused of taking a kitchen knife to Hanbury Road without good reason or lawful authority.
As the offence is punishable with jail time for anybody aged 18 or more, a warrant for his arrest without bail has been issued.
