Many Tears Animal Rescue centre is opening its doors for children to come and meet some puppies this half term.
The rescue centre has invited children to come and visit some of the dogs it has staying at the centre on Wednesday.
Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times as they get to meet some of the dogs looking for a forever home at the Llanelli based rescue centre.
The event will take place on Wednesday between 10am and midday.
A post on the Many Tears Animal Rescue Facebook page said: “Do you have young children who want to spend some time with dogs?
“This Wednesday, October 27, we are welcoming children to the rescue from 10am to midday to meet some of our wonderful rescue dogs.
“They will get to meet some of our wonderful dogs and may get to cuddle a puppy or two as well.
“All children will need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
“If you would like to attend you are welcome to turn up at the rescue at 10am on Wednesday.”
The centre is also looking for a qualified vet to offer their help.
A post said: "We are searching for a qualified vet who is confident in spaying and neutering and would be able to perform these surgeries in our veterinary surgery either this weekend, any day next week or the following weekend."
Many Tears Animal Rescue is based at Cwmlogin House in Cefneithin, Llanelli.
