PUBLIC Health Wales has released the latest Covid figures for local authorities and Caerphilly again has the second most new cases.
Gwent has had 725 new cases of Covid-19 and Caerphilly has recorded 241 of those cases - only Cardiff has recorded more cases in the latest update, with 355.
In terms of the rolling seven-day rate, every area in Gwent again has more cases per 100,000 people than the national average for Wales (618.1).

Torfaen now has the highest cases per 100,000 people in Wales, with 872.7.
Elsewhere in Gwent, Blaenau Gwent has recorded 846 per 100,000, Caerphilly recorded 812.4 , Newport 758.4and Monmouthshire 657.6.
There have also been nine newly reported deaths in Wales, bringing the total to 6,150.
All data correct as of 9am on October 29.
