TO make a mistake once is forgivable.

To make it ten times leaves no room for excuse.

Sending highly sensitive and personal details of vulnerable elderly residents by fax to a flower shop is simply unforgivable.

We can understand human error of hitting the wrong digit on a fax machine but to do this more than ten times is beyond belief.

And then to not do anything about it despite being told after every error leaves you with little faith.

The only saving grace of this whole farce is that the details have ended up each time with an honest member of the community.

We dread to think what could have happened had it got into the hands of someone less trustworthy.
