A MARRIED father-of-two exposed himself to two young girls as he drove past them in his car, a court heard.
Timothy Screen, 35, of Hight Street, Pentwynmawr, Newbridge, was handed a three year community order by a judge at Newport Crown Court today after two incidents on May 19 last year.
Screen was driving his Nissan Almera on Blaendare Road, Pontypool, when he slowed his vehicle down to expose himself in front of a 12-year-old and 14-year-old, who were both unknown to him.
Moments later, on the same road, Screen repeated the act in front of a woman.
He pleaded guilty to exposure and two counts of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of children.
Judge Eleri Rees, ordering Screen to undergo a sex offender treatment programme for three years, described the incidents as "shocking and distressing" for the young victims.
She added: "I have nothing but sympathy for his wife and family."
Screen was ordered to pay £650 costs and disqualified from working with children indefinitely.
