Six Bells Tenants & Residents Association are holding a litter pick on Saturday, April 26, starting at 10am from the Six Bells Community Centre. There will be a free bag of chips for all participants. We are looking for people to come and help us make Six Bells a litter free area. Equipment will be provided for the litter pick.
ABERTILLERY ORPHEUS NEWS: Malcolm Williams , Press Officer, has sent in the following report: "We started very quietly but now it's warming up. On April 26, we travel to Devizes. This will the third time that the choir has been asked to go back. We are sure of a very warm welcome.April 28 sees us on a return visit to the Celtic Manor for a function.This will be the second time we have been asked to sing there.
Then we move on to May 3 at Abertillery Sports Hall, something we have been looking forward to for months. Every thing is in place and tickets are on sale. We now have a booking office in This and That in the Arcadeon Thursdays. Fridays and Saturday until May 2.

There is a very good prize dinner for two at the Celtic Manor with a room for the night. The Abertillery Orpheus Male Voice Choir have really done the town proud with this concert so don't miss it if it's only for the chance to stay at the Celtic Manor!' AQUATHLON: Tri Fitness is organizing a series of aquathlons at Parc Bryn Bach. The events included will be a 750m swim and 5km run. GAMES NIGHT: A games night organized by Age Concern and Communities 1st Cwmtillery Ward will be held at Howell Griffiths Court on Thursday 24 April starting at 6.30pm.
