POLICE are appealing for help in identifying possible football hooligans following the FAW Premier Cup clash between Newport County and Cardiff City.
South Wales Police have launched Operation Meirion following fighting at the Ninian Park game on Tuesday, February 19.
Pictured are stills of CCTV footage outside the ground which show a number of football fans police are trying to identify as potential troublemakers on the day.
Cardiff's Football Intelligence Unit are leading the investigation.
