DOZENS of young dancers from across Torfaen brought their best moves to Cwmbran as part of a colourful display to mark World Dance Day.
The fourth such annual celebration of dance, movement and music in the town centre was organised by Torfaen Dance Network, which was set up following the first event in 2005.
World Dance Day has been celebrated across the globe since 1982 by community dancers and dance enthusiasts, the main purpose being to attract the attention of the wider public to the art of dance.
The emphasis at the Cwmbran celebration this year was on audience participation, and there were also competitions for the best young boy and girl dancers.
