It's 1066 and all that at Caldicot Castle over the Bank Holiday weekend.
The Power of the Normans gives the chance to meet superbly armoured knights, men-at-arms and medieval civilians.
There will be fight demonstrations and the opportunity to strike a coin in the encampment.
The event is on Sunday, May 4 and Monday, May 5 between 11am and 5pm. Entry costs £3.75 for adults or £2.50 concessions. Holders of Monmouthshire resident museum passes get in for £2.50 or £1.50.
