KERYS Donati and her workmates have proved they are game for a laugh.
She had organised a team from Caerphilly Local Health Board, based in Newbridge, for a charity It's A Knockout event next month.
With lots of fun games and challenges - including plenty of water and foam - it promises to be a great day out for participants and spectators.
It will also benefit two charities, St David's Foundation and children's cancer charity Latch.
Teams of up to 10 people can take part at Newbridge Rugby Club between 1pm and 5pm on Sunday, June 8.
As well as the competition there will be something for the whole family including children's rides, stalls, a bouncy castle, barbeque and refreshments.
In the evening there will live music performed by4th Street Traffic. Tickets £5.
