A MISSING 12-year-old girl from Bargoed who was last seen near a train station has been found after a desperate appeal.
Ruby-Marie Jones-O'Connor from Bargoed had last been seen at around 9.20am yesterday morning, 23 October near Pengam train station and officers were concerned for her welfare.
She is described as around 4ft 8in tall with long brown hair worn straight.
In update issued today Gwent Police released that good news that Ruby-Marie has been found.
The force also thanked the public for sharing their appeal.
A spokesperson from Gwent Police said: “Good news. Ruby-Marie Jones-O'Connor,12, who has been reported as missing has now been found.
“Thanks for sharing our appeal.”
