A MAN has been accused of fraud and unfair trading over gardening and landscaping work.
Andrew Elijah Arrowsmith, 34, is alleged to have committed offences in the Penpedairheol area of Caerphilly between May and June last year.
It is claimed that he used “harassment and coercion” against a customer.
Arrowsmith was summoned to Cwmbran Magistrates’ Court following an investigation by Caerphilly trading standards.
The defendant, of Llanfaes, Brecon is due to appear on October 10.
