Jane Wheale, the very busy centre manager, has sent me the following information on the courses that will be running from September this year. The courses will include Computers for the Terrified, Internet and e-mail, Digital Photography for beginners. New courses include Digital Photography - Intermediate; Welsh for the Family year 1 and 2; Spanish; CLAIT; Art; IT and Communications and Psychology.

Also from September, the centre will be running courses and activities on a Saturday morning.

If you would like more information or would like to join one or more of the courses, the centre will be holding an information event on Wednesday, August 13, 2008, from 4pm to 6pm where you will be able to find out more about the courses, talk to tutors and the course providers and enrol.

Here we are with September rapidly approaching and yet, apart from last weekend, with hardly any summer at all. On the other hand, so it has seemed to me, just a plentitude of chilly or rainy days.
