Police are warning of traffic delays in the Chepstow area on Sunday, October 19, due to the high volume of traffic expected for the annual Hogging the Bridge Event.
The event, which will see bikers travel from Bristol across the old Severn Bridge to Chepstow, is likely to attract around 3,000 to 4,000 motorcyclists.
Parking in Chepstow town centre will be reserved for motorcycles with overflow car parks also available.
Diversions and a one way system will be put in place around the town centre and the following roads will be closed from around 6am to 7pm: High Street, Nelson Street, St. Mary’s Street, Middle Street, Hocker Hill Street, Beaufort Square and Bank Street.
