A GWENT politician is doing his bit for breast cancer by wearing pink this month.
Mohammad Asghar AM is joining forces with the Breast Cancer Campaign.
The wear it pink event takes place on Friday October 31, and the charity is urging locals to wear the craziest pink outfits going.
You could wear pink glasses, a pink coat, a pink tie or all three.
Mr Asghar said: "Every year over 2,400 women in Wales are diagnosed with breast cancer. Like many others, I know people who have lost friends and family members to breast cancer.
"I would like to encourage everyone to support wear it pink on October 31, to raise valuable funds for breast cancer research."
