ASPIRING fashion entrepreneurs received hints and tips at an enterprise workshop.
Author Sandra Burke visited students at the University of Wales, Newport, and told them there's more to the business than just selling pretty dresses.
She gave students tips on writing business plans, raising finance and ways to analyse and forecast fashion trends.
The author of Fashion Entrepreneur said: "I’ve given them some hard tasks to complete and they’ve had to solve problems and think like entrepreneurs.
"There’s been some excellent teamwork and the students have come up with some amazing business ideas which, hopefully, they’ll be able to develop as they continue their studies."
