Just one of the small things that could reduce the time we spend sitting in traffic queue’s. Have you ever approached a roundabout in your car and waited and waited in a line of traffic for a chance get onto the roundabout.

Then you are suddenly first in the queue and ready to go.

A car comes around the roundabout, no signals, so you hold up expecting him or her to go on round, but no the car turns into the road you are waiting to get out of. Oh if only they had signaled, you could have moved on and so could the traffic behind you.

The sad thing is that after that car a further six or seven cars do exactly the same thing, and the queue behind grows ever longer and even more sad is that the cars that held us up, were very likely held up by exactly the same thing, half a mile down the road.

Just a little thought and courtesy would stop a whole lot of this. I would also allow many people coming home from work in the rush hour, to get home a little earlier.

Just a small bit of consideration, and common sense would benefit many, many drivers. Reduce road rage and tension in all of us and therefore would probably make us better drivers.

After all the indicators are there to use so why not use them.

Anyone other suggestions that may benefit drivers, and improve drivers tempers and health.
