A TEAM of Chepstow posties are freezing their knees this winter in aid of charity.
Seven postmen and one postwoman based at the Chepstow Sorting Office are wearing shorts until the beginning of April.
On the way they will be raising money for prostate cancer, with posties slipping sponsorship forms into their customers doors while on their rounds.
Postman Tim El-Shawk said: "We chose to do prostate cancer because it’s a cause which doesn’t get as much publicity as the others."
It’s the second year they have braved the weather to help those in need. Last year posties in the town donned their shorts for St David's Foundation hospice care.
