SCHOOL children in Tredegar will take part in a special event, funded by the National Assembly on Friday, November 7, as part of National Youth Work week.
Fusion, the young person's drug and alcohol service in Tredegar has invited 40 students to their Castle Street offices on Friday.
The pupils from four local comprehensive schools will attend workshops on alcohol and drugs, meet staff and volunteers and enjoy some healthy food.
The Fusion team will also use the day to collect feedback and ideas on how they can best meet the needs of young people in Blaenau Gwent who are using substances themselves or are concerned about someone else's alcohol or drug use.
