THE inquest into last year's M4 collision in which five people were killed has found four of the victims were killed unlawfully.
Newport Coroner's Court heard today the driver, Christopher Beresford died due to 'misadventure'.
Two of his passengers - Lee Maggs, 23, and Sam Case, 19 - and couple, James Stafford, 69, and his wife, Bridget, 70, who were travelling in the other car were all killed unlawfully due to the negligence of Beresford.
There was no criticism made of police.
