BLAENAU Gwent council today deferred making a decision on the controversial wind farm plan for Mynydd James between Cwmtillery, Blaentillery and Blaina.
Councillors will go on a site visit before deciding on the plan for four 328ft high wind turbines, a proposal lodged by Pennant Wind Energy Ventures Ltd.
