Born in 1968 I was brought up in Newport Gwent and attended Hartridge Comprehensive School before moving to Blackwood where myself and my family have lived for the past 15 years.
Leaving school at the age of 16 I went to work in the family business as a milkman before progressing to a logistics firm and finally onto Parcelforce where for eight of the twelve years employed there I was the CWU (Postal workers union) union rep helping to represent my fellow workers.
I became involved in politics in 2009 becoming a member of UKIP due to my disgust with the political elite and the alarming decline of this country.
I believe in British jobs for British workers and am appalled at the hawking off of our national assets such as the Royal Mail and so many other National institutions.
